International Youth Day!

International Youth Day is celebrated every year on  the 12th of August. The day gives governments and others an opportunity to draw attention to youth issues worldwide. Generation Z represent the largest generation of youth in history. Their energy, creativity, and determination are critical in addressing some of the world's most pressing challenges, ranging from climate change to inequality to technological innovation to global peace.

International Youth Day 2024 focuses on the theme " From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development". This emphasizes the importance of providing young people with the skills necessary to drive sustainable practices and innovation. The day highlights the essential role youth play in encouraging environmental management, economic growth, and social equality for a more inclusive and sustainable future.

To celebrate International Youth Day you could participate in events or organize your own activities. Also always provide platforms and resources for youth-led projects focused on sustainability.
