Space Youth Project Returns Policy

Space Youth Project will refund your purchase and the postage costs if your item arrives damaged or broken

To claim your refund please send the item back to the following address

You will also need to send an email to accounts@spaceyouthproject.co.uk advising the following

  • Your name and address

  • Why you are returning the item

  • Proof of postage costs for returning the item (a picture of the receipt is best)

 

You will receive a refund for the item and postage costs. Refunds will be made via your original payment method within 5 working days
