The Perfect Youth Worker

As we are a youth led charity we like to get feedback from our young people so at T+ Group they did the activity "Build your perfect youth worker"

The young people considered what characteristics and attributes they wanted to see in their youth workers. They started by drawing a person and then filling in traits they would like to see. They were also given pre-prepared cards with personality traits that they then discussed if these were essential or just desirable.

The young people really enjoyed this activity and it was great for the team to see what the young people wanted from their youth workers.
