SYP Dorchester Celebrates Black History Month
At Dorchester group they celebrated Black History Month by doing a Black History quiz, where they had to match inspirational quote to famous people such as:
The world may be mean, but people don't have to be, not if they refuse.
Colson Whitehead
A change is brought about because ordinary people do extraordinary things.
Barack Obama
They also all got involved with creating story 'stones'! They are a great way to get the whole group to create a story from the pictures on the 'stones'!
