On 21st December 2023 we were proud to celebrate our annual Christmas party, gathering all young people, volunteers and leaders for an evening of festive celebration - as well as a time for us all to reflect upon 2023 as it draws to a close. This event marks Space Youth Project closing for the year, ready to reopen come January.
All of us here at Space Youth Project are pleased to say the evening was a great success, with music, karaoke, and more.
Dorset is an expansive area, with Space Youth Project's groups reaching across different areas -including Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Bridport and Weymouth - there are very few occasions in which we have the opportunity for all members to come together in one place, for one evening. The event took place at the Purbeck Youth and Community Foundation, used for last year's Christmas party, we chose to once again select this location again as a large, expansive site - allowing us to accommodate more members as well as a quieter area for people to relax.
Young people from all around Dorset have said they thoroughly enjoyed the event and were pleased to have had the opportunity to make it.
We look forward to a fantastic new year for Space Youth Project, thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout 2023.
