Cooking at Weymouth!

Liz from the Friendly Food Club came to Weymouth group to do some cooking with the young people, they had chosen Japanese cuisine. Liz had done research into Japanese cooking as it wasn’t something she was so familiar with. Everyone worked together on trying these super dishes. They also talked about Japanese culture. The little Onigirazu would be a very healthy substitute for lunch sandwiches. The young people all really enjoyed the session and the tasty results. They made the Onigirazu parcels, little pancakes and some noodles.
